Terms of Use

Summary: By using Giderim (Paypath on the App Store) you agree to these terms. The app is for personal expense and income tracking and does not provide financial advice.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using the app you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service

Giderim offers expense and income records, payment status and partial payment tracking, recurring bills, analytics and charts, payment reminders, receipt scanning and backups. Some features require a Premium membership.

3. User obligations

You will use the app only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the security of your device.
You will not reverse engineer, extract source code from, or misuse the app.

4. Intellectual property

The app and all of its content belong to DeepyTech and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Premium, subscriptions and purchases

Payment: charged through the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Free trial: when offered, a paid subscription starts at the end of the trial unless canceled.
Refunds: refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.
Prices may change; changes are communicated in line with store rules.

6. Ads and rewarded ads

The free version contains Google AdMob ads. Some features (e.g. receipt scanning, Analysis) can be unlocked temporarily by watching a number of rewarded ads. Premium members see no ads.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Your financial decisions are your own. We recommend backing up your data regularly.

8. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law and contact
